Refund Policy

GigCharts is free to try. Pro is an optional paid subscription — you can use the full editor and export PDFs without paying, so you can decide before you buy.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro anytime from your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then simply doesn't renew. Cancelling doesn't delete your data.

Refunds

If Pro isn't right for you, email hello@gigcharts.app within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no drama. This 14-day window also reflects the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases.

Renewals (charges after the first period) aren't automatically refundable, but if something went wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a technical problem that stopped you using Pro — get in touch and we'll make it right.

How payments work

Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which appears on your statement and issues receipts and refunds. We never see your card details.
